Bradley Thomas
President, First Transit and First Services
Brad is a 14-year transit veteran. Brad is responsible for operations
and customer satisfaction at 60 locations employing over 2,800
employees in the operation of more than 1,500 vehicles to provide fixed
route, paratransit, non-emergency Medicaid, airport shuttle, university
shuttle, and inmate transportation services. Brad received a Master of
Arts Degree in Public Administration and Public Policy Analysis at
Binghamton University, New York, as well as a BA in Public
Administration and Public Policy at the State University of New York
College at Cortland. In addition, he is a member of APTA, COMTO, and
several other national and state transportation organizations. Brad’s

Dale Domish
Senior Vice President, First Services
Dale has served in fleet operations since 1980, having held fleet
management positions in municipalities as well as private businesses
such as Wolverine Packing for 17 years. He holds a BBA from Detroit
College, an MBA from Michigan State, and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He
has been with First Vehicle Services for five and a half years, and
believes that we provide the best value through our proven processes
and the standardization procedures we implement. He stresses continuous
improvement, operational excellence through compliance with ISO
standards, quality processes through Six Sigma training, safety
standards such as VPP, and employee training and testing using such

Renee Salamone
Sales Manager / Procurement Manager - FMT

Renee began her working career with Allstate Insurance Company in 1976 as a Customer Service Representative.She moved on to become the Supervisor of the Payment Order Department of Germantown Savings Bank in their Corporate Office in 1977 and eventually moved into Sales in 1980 with them. Renee began her career in the Mobile Mounting Industry twelve years ago with L&E Mobile Computer Mounts.L&E was acquired by First Services in 2003 and is now First Mobile Technologies.She has worked in all aspects of the Administrative Departments of L&E / FMT, beginning with Order Entry, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Product Development and Inventory Management.Renee then moved on to become Project Coordinator, Purchasing Manager, and Sales Manager.Renee attended St. Joseph’s University for Business Administration and Accounting.

Joe Lessard
Engineering Manager - FMT
Joe joined First Mobile Technologies in April 2007 when the engineering department was transferred from Wisconsin.Joe brings with him over 30 years of engineering experience.He has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of medical products and general laboratory products.Joe has a very broad technical background as well as vast knowledge of product assembly.Joe’s responsibilities include all engineering operations, overseeing product assembly and product repair as well as day-to-day safety initiatives.
Michael B. McCool
Project Manager – FMT
Mike joined First Mobile Technologies in 2000 when it was L&E Mobile. Mike has 33 years of management experience which began with Trans World Airlines where he was the Manager of Capacity Management. He later became the Director of Operations for World Marketing Services in Plymouth Meeting, PA where he managed 150 employees. Now Mike is the Project Manager for FMT, he manages installations projects and staff in three states and is still growing.
Godfrey Sohler
Project Manager - First Bus
Godfrey joined First Mobile Technologies in June 2008 bringing with him 26 years experience as a Police Officer in Bridgewater New Jersey retiring as a Sergeant.Most recently he has served as the Law Enforcement Training Manager at Cerulean/Aether/Bio-key teaching various Mobile Software Applications.While employed at Bridgewater Township Police Department Godfrey was responsible for the implementation of one of the first Law Enforcement Mobile Software Applications to utilize cellular technology.During that time Godfrey worked with Dean Eisenberger (L&E Mobile Computers) utilizing L&E Docking Systems which quickly became the Industry Standard for mounting Computers in Law Enforcement Vehicles. Godfrey is currently responsible for the First Student Zonar Installation Project.
